1. Who is eligible?

Any school, class, or other group of preschoolers, kindergartners and first graders in the United States and
Canada. Individuals entering certify they have authority to schedule a Skype visit with Sparkles on behalf of
the school, club, organization or group.

Those eligible must be able to do the following:
•        Provide a contact person's name, position, and email address.  
•        Have the ability to Skype.
•        Participate in a technical run-through
•        Participate in the Skype visit.
•        Conduct short visual pre and post-tests, tabulate results and submit results along with Sparkles’ Fire    
Safety Skype Tour™ Feedback form online within three days to the Keep Kids Fire Safe® Foundation.

Those selected who have completed the above items will have their name entered into a drawing to win a
free $250 Visa gift card. Winner of gift card will be selected by a random generator.

2.  What type equipment do I need to Skype?

You need a computer, a current working version of Skype (available free at www.Skype.com), an internet
connection, a working webcam, microphone, and speakers. A technical run-through will be held before the
Skype visit.

The promotion will last a full year, kicking off in March 16, 2012 and ending March 16, 2013. Online forms at
